Bag, with painted duck

 

The duck was painted first on a piece 
of white cotton fabric.
Then it became the pocket of the bag.

Scrapbook-like Bag

A new bag decorated a bit scrapbook-like.

First finding the right colour for the bag,

The yellow was too "yellow", too much contrast,

 but blue with a yellow line, much better. 

The bird makes an easy-to-reach pocket for a cellphone,

 when it rings, you do not have to search inside the bag!

The bag size is a big A4.

 There is another pocket inside the bag,

 the bag is lined with the same fabric as the decoration

 on the outside.

Painted on fabric, Quilted with black thread.

Also used: a recycled Winnie the Pooh  T-shirt.

Woodpecker

Once on holiday, I bought a book in Paris.

It has beautiful drawings of, like the cover says: European Birds.

For me is a very relaxing activity, to copy

those drawings.

It teaches me to look very well to the details.

Buzzard

Buzzard

The buzzard is a  medium to large bird of prey, you can still find in Europa and Asia. 

It is between 51 and 57 cm in length with a wingspan till 1.40 m (60 inch)!

That makes him a medium-sized raptor.

A beautiful bird, a bit scary aswell,
